Office assistant – currently filled
Having the best customer service within Vibrant Pulse for our clients is of upmost importance and to help with this, we are looking for a customer-focused member of staff to join the team on either a full time or part time basis. The member of staff must have a positive, glass half full attitude and have a flair for marketing and office organisation.
It will be your responsibility to improve the customer service experience within the Vibrant Pulse by increasing the levels of communication with new and existing clients via both email, phone and direct visits. On top of this, they will be a key assistant in the development of projects and carry out other crucial office tasks including invoicing, spreadsheets, timesheets, ordering and writing project briefs.
The role will be on a temporary basis of 3 months with a job offer at the end for the right applicant.
