Our Website Design Promise

Getting a website built is confusing, perhaps a little bit scary to some people. You do not actually have anything physical to hold at the end of it and you do not know what it will look like before you build it. It is our aim to make sure you are happy throughout the build and afterwards. This is why we have a promise and workflow systems for all our website design works.

Our promise is "if your suggested website solution does not have a positive outcome on your business, we will carry on working with you until  it does free of charge!"

To help with this, we have developed a workflow programme we stick to for every website we build whilst at all stages being open and honest:

• Suggest a solution that works with you and your budget.
• Gather materials needed for your website including photographs and content.
• Develop a design for your website to fit your current logo and/or brand.
• Create your website from the template we develop.
• Launch the website.
• Track the performance of your website after launch until it is having the desired effect, no matter how long.
