Personal Assistant | We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated member of staff to work alongside the business owner and help out in a variety of day to day tasks. The position is a new one being created and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual. We will also interview those wanting to go on the apprenticeship scheme if this is a route a candidate would like to go down.
The winning candidate will cover a variety of roles within the job description to assist the business owner in the media and computer repair lines of the business interests. They will be acting as first line support for client comments and will be responsible for writing up and distributing the work briefs for these clients. Furthermore, they will be looking after new client queries, making appointments and collecting materials for projects. They will also help manage the diary of the business owner. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating web content although this will not be a full copywriting/proof reading service (so only good English skills are needed) as this is a role we currently have filled. Full training will be given. This is a new role being created on a part-time basis with a 6 month trial period so work systems will adapt over this time to suit the successful candidate. After this period, a full review will be given and a full time position may be offered. There will also be some day to day office administration tasks to complete.
Skills required | The successful applicant must have:
- A good knowledge of English
- Moderate to quick typing
- A good working knowledge of the use of email/internet
- A good telephone manner
- A well organised and confident approach
- A good understanding of marketing and sales experience is preferable though not essential
Website Designer/SEO | We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated member of staff to work within our website design and Search Engine Optimisation areas of the business.
The winning candidate will be responsible for the design and coding of website templates and the ongoing works we provide for the websites of our clients. You will also work with our copywriter to plan and manage SEO campaigns. The role is on a 3 month part time trial basis developing into a permanent position. Full time hours will be made available to the right candidate.
Skills required | The successful applicant must have:
- A good knowledge of HTML/CSS
- A good knowledge of Photoshop
- Proven results with SEO
- A working knowledge of some PHP
Sales team member | We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated member of staff to work as a sales team member within Vibrant Pulse.
The winning candidate will be responsible for lead generation, pitching and closing business contracts. You will be selling our full range of website, eCommerce, photography, design and digital marketing services to small to medium sized businesses. The role will be on a part time basis developing into a permanent role after an initial 3 month successful trial.
Skills required | The successful applicant must have:
- Successful sales experience with knowedge of all our services
- An ability to demonstrate the use of good and creative English
- Good networking skills and speaking skills
- Experience in a B2B environment
