Heart Pet Supplies have been working with the team at Vibrant Pulse since its conception back in the early stage of 2010.
The project and brief was simple. To create an online business that sold pet supplies to the general public. The implementation was more tricky and required research for providing the best solution for the business.
Heart Pet Supplies were up by a small but dedicated team, the very early stages were all about research, what product types to sell, what form of delivery to use and how to make the business different from that of other online pet supply companies.
The first stage was to answer all the unanswered questions and see if the project would give a decent return on investment. To do this, we used a variety of tools and popular online selling areas as a test bed for products, delivery techniques and prices.
During the first few months of gathering data, a brand identity was developed and a basic business website was made, ready for the introduction of an eCommerce shop. We then proceeded to get a final brief for version 1 of the online store.
Skip forward and we launched the first version, eCommerce shop which was launched launched with a regional radio advertising campaign, leaflet drops and other marketing techniques. As a result, the site and business started to generate a good income.
Skipping forward to present day and we are still working with Heart Pet Supplies on new websites such as Dog Rocks Direct to help promote specific product and ranges further, developed a new custom look to the eBay shop page, and we are now working on version 2 of the eCommerce shop, custom coded to the specific needs of the business.
